Professor Shinji Fujimoto from Material Application Engineering Department in Osaka University , Japan Visiting NCEPU
During March 9 ¨C 12, 2006, Professor Shinji Fujimoto from Material Application Engineering Department in Osaka University , Japan comes to our university to carry on academic visit. During this period, Professor Shinji Fujimoto gives an academic lecture---- Stainless Steel passivation membrane and corrode for teachers and students of our university. He introduces his research results which he has obtained in environmental material science in detail. And he patiently and carefully answers questions raised by teachers and students who attends the lecture.
Professor Shinji Fujimoto is a famous scholar in the environmental material science all over the world. In order to further develop the academic cooperation and exchange with Professor Shinji Fujimoto, Environmental Science and Engineering College of our university determines to engage him as a part-time professor of our university. On March 10, Yang Shijun, vice-director of Personnel Department, presides over issue ceremony of the letter of appointment as part-time professor. In the ceremony Professor Zhao Yi, president of Environmental Science and Engineering College , introduces Professor Shinji Fujimoto's academic background information. And then Professor Li Shuangchen, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the university issues the letter of appointment to Professor Shinji Fujimoto.
While coming to visit, some teachers in Environmental Science and Engineering College and Professor Shinji Fujimoto have a deep discussion on implementation schedule of foreign expert key item---- steam turbine rotor. And they discuss in detail questions about stainless steel XPS, and concrete problems in implementation of the project with domestic experts from related units.
