The First International Master's Degree Student Graduates from NCEPU 
Mr. ASHRAF M. R. MOHAMED, the first international master's degree student recruited and cultivated by NCEPU, successfully achieves his Master's Degree of Science in Engineering at NCEPU on April 16th, 2007 after his four years study. President Liu Jizhen, chairman of the Academic Degree Committee, awards him the Certificate of Master's Degree.
As an international student funded by the government of Libya, Mr. ASHRAF M. R. MOHAMED, well behaves at NCEPU. He came to NCEPU in September 2003 for Chinese language program. After one year Chinese language study, Mr. ASHRAF M. R. MOHAMED was enrolled to the School of Electric Power Engineering to take his master's program, with Professor Wang Zengping being his supervisor. Because of his diligent study and outstanding achievement, Mr. ASHRAF M. R. MOHAMED has met all the requirements and received qualifying scores for graduation, which represents a breakthrough of international master's degree education at NCEPU.
